This firm is a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in the heart of Manchester, currently seeking a Paralegal to join our dynamic Commercial team.

About the Role As a Paralegal in our Commercial Department, you’ll work alongside experienced solicitors and partners, supporting a wide range of commercial matters for a diverse client base. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with drafting, reviewing, and amending commercial contracts and legal documentation
• Conducting legal research and preparing client-ready reports
• Managing files, case progression and client correspondence
• Supporting fee earners in the day-to-day running of complex commercial transactions
• Liaising with clients, third parties, and internal departments

What We’re Looking For:

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification
• Previous paralegal experience within a commercial or corporate law setting
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Clear and confident communication – both written and verbal
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
