The Firm:

My client is a Legal 500 Commercial law firm that services an excellent commercial client base nationally. They work with a variety of Commercial Businesses including PLC, medium and Larger SMEs. This top performing team now wish to appoint a Corporate Solicitor.

The Role:

As part of the Corporate Banking Team you will manage and provide advice on a number of corporate matters. You will be providing assistance with corporate finance, business acquisitions and disposals, partnerships, LLP's, banking law and general administration of companies. The corporate team regularly deals with;

  • acquisition finance
  • property finance
  • project finance
  • joint ventures
  • equity investment
  • debt trading
  • asset-based lending
  • PFI/PPP project lending

The Candidate:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate/ Partner to further develop your career with a leading Law Practice. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with matters of this nature and you will have excellent technical skills as well as excellent client care.
