I am working with an excellent law firm based in Liverpool city centre who are looking to recruit enthusiastic and reliable candidates to join their claims department on a permanent basis.

The ideal Claims Assistant will have a strong personality, be able to speak clearly to clients in a professional manner, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

No experience is necessary for this role as full training will be given by the head of department. Having a strong work ethic and reliability is essential.

The successful Claims Assistant will be dealing with insurance companies via phone and email to discuss settling claims and gathering further information.

The salary on offer is £17,000 - £19,000 depending on experience.
