We are looking for a Client Services Executive to join a busy Client Services team in their Spinningfields, Manchester head office. This team serves as the crucial link between clients and legal departments across Manchester, Liverpool, and London, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.

As the first point of contact for potential new clients, you’ll play a pivotal role in reflecting the firm’s values and delivering an impeccable onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding support to clients across various channels, addressing legal enquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process client and enquiry information accurately using case management software.
  • Liaise between clients and legal teams to ensure efficient handling of inquiries.
  • Organise and prioritise workloads, maintaining a clear inbox at the end of each day.
  • Assist with matter opening and Know Your Client (KYC) checks.
  • Adapt to the dynamic needs of the team and business.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when recording and managing data.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in a legal setting or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with Proclaim case management software (training provided).
