The Role:

This role is for Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm at their office in Kettering.

Requirements:

It is required to be either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with up to 2 years PQE and a background in Commercial Litigation.

You will have experience of Civil Procedure rules and be able to perform under pressure, providing support to the team on a full range of disputes such as:

  • Breach of Contract
  • Shareholder and Director disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Professional negligence
  • Property and Land disputes and costs

Benefits:
Salary is negotiable based on experience, up to £30,000.
