Solicitor - Dispute Resolution / Commercial Litigation

My client is one of the largest North East; they are a multi disciplined law frim and have both a regional and national reach.

The Role

My client requires a Solicitor to work in our busy Dispute Resolution department and handle a caseload independently as well as assisting a Partner with a wide range of cases, cases range from straightforward contractual disputes to high value multitrack complex matters. The role will involve working with colleagues across a number of other areas to minimize litigation for existing clients

The Candidate

You will have a minimum of 1 years PQE and will have sound technical and working knowledge of the civil procedure rules and litigation process, you will have the ability to build relationships and network. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise and the ability to cope under pressure.
