Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor | Dudley | Legal 500 firm

A legal 500 firm is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor to assist with a busy department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor will initially be providing support on a full range of disputes encountered by businesses and individuals. This will include, but isn't limited to:

  • Real estate development disagreements
  • Landlord and Tenant act lease renewal disputes
  • Boundary disputes
  • Leasehold Covenants
  • Possession claims

You will be running your own caseload whilst supporting partners with theirs, you will be required to advocate at court as well as develop business in the local area.

Key Skills & Experience:

This role would be ideal for a Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum 4 years PQE. The firm requires a 2:1 at degree level from a Russell Group University and needs someone who is confident and can think outside the box without the need for constant direction.
