A highly regarded law firm that is listed in the legal 500 and Chambers & Partners is looking for a Commercial Property NQ Solicitor for their office in the Birmingham area.

The Role:

The successful Commercial Property NQ Solicitor will be running their own caseload of general Commercial Property transactional work, Acquisitions, Disposals, Landlord and Tenant, Funding and Leases as well as managing a varied caseload, dealing with Sales and Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfers of Equity, dealing with cases from instruction to post completion and possess excellent customer service skills in order to liaise with clients, this will be a role in relaxed setting.

Requirements:

The Ideal Commercial Property NQ Solicitor will have worked within a Property, but the firm will look at slightly more junior people with solid experience of at least 5 years in Commercial Property work. This firm is looking for someone with a dynamic attitude to work and the ability to adapt and overcome to challenges whilst prioritising your workload and communicating effectively with others.
