Commercial Solicitor (Part-Time – 3 Days)

We are working with a well-established and forward-thinking law firm based in Chester that is looking to appoint a Commercial Solicitor on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor seeking flexibility, whether to balance other commitments or to take the next step in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role:
You will handle a broad and engaging commercial caseload, including:

• Business and asset acquisitions and disposals
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Commercial litigation and dispute resolution
• Advising a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to larger organisations

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Strong experience in commercial law (acquisitions, contracts, and litigation)
• Able to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
• Commercially aware with excellent client-facing skills
