We are working on behalf of a successful and established legal practice in London, renowned for excellence and a collaborative, high-performing culture. They are seeking a proactive and ambitious Solicitor with experience managing complex criminal cases to join their busy London office.

• Candidates midway through a training contract or SQE pathway

Person Specification:

• Experience managing complex criminal cases.
• Highly dynamic, self-motivated, and commercially minded.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client care skills.
• Proactive in managing and progressing files with attention to detail.
• Confident, resilient, and able to build productive relationships with third parties, including court staff, counsel, and the CPS.
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to thrive under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable, supporting all teams with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Huge flexibility with home working available after training period.
