Construction Law Paralegal| Cheltenham

Are you actively seeking a new Construction Law Paralegal opportunity?

The Role:

A well-established, multi-office firm is currently looking for a Paralegal to join and assist their non-contentious Construction department in Cheltenham. The role itself will involve preparation of building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, novation agreements and ancillary documents. There will also be opportunity to assist in contentious work, which is mainly adjudication work.

Requirements:

Experience within Construction Law would be preferable but isn't essential, as training will be given. If without Construction experience, similar relevant experience would be expected within Real Estate/Property/contracts, such as negotiating and drafting contracts/agreements.
