About the RoleWe are looking for experienced solicitors to join our expanding team as Fee Sharing Partners. This role is ideal for solicitors who desire flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to control their workload and earnings. As a Fee Sharing Partner, you will have the freedom to build and manage your own client base, working on cases that align with your practice area and expertise.
Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing high-quality legal services and advice.
• Business Development: Develop and grow your client portfolio, bringing in new cases and referrals to expand the firm’s reach.
• Case Handling: Independently manage your caseload, from initial consultation to resolution, ensuring clients receive excellent service.
• Collaboration: Engage with other fee-sharing partners within the firm to share knowledge, resources, and support.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to the SRA code of conduct, data protection, and firm policies.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor: UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of [X years] PQE in one or more legal areas (e.g., Corporate, Family, Property, Employment, Commercial, etc.).
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in managing cases and bringing in clients, ideally with an existing client following.
• Client-Focused Approach: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a dedication to providing an outstanding client experience.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work autonomously and take responsibility for business development activities.
• Compliance Savvy: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, ensuring all work meets compliance standards.
