Conveyancer | Exeter

Are you actively seeking a new Conveyancer opportunity?

The Role:

A position has become available for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal executive to join a well-established Exeter office. This role will involve all aspects of transactions regarding new homes, including freehold and leasehold, help-to-buys and mortgage transactions.


To be considered for this role, you must be qualified and able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. You will have good IT and CMS knowledge, with the ability to work under pressure.

You will be experienced in dealing with New Homes and be able to manage files from inception through to completion and post-completion.


Salary will be negotiable based on experience
