I am currently recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to work for a Legal 500 top tier law firm for their offices near Crewe.

My client is a highly regarded law firm, who are looking to a appoint a Conveyancer Solicitor to join their Property department.

The role is to handle a caseload of sale and purchase, re-mortgage and transfer of equity file from start through to completion, using a case management system.

The successful Residential Conveyancer will ideally be a qualified Conveyancer, Solicitor, qualified legal executive or Non-qualified fee earner who has more the 2 years' experience handling a caseload or residential matters from start to finish.

Salaries for this Residential Conveyancer role is negotiable and Dependant of previous Conveyancing experience and also includes a fantastic staff benefits package.
