My client, a reputable, Merseyside based law firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Conveyancing Admin Assistant to join a busy Conveyancing department.

This Conveyancing Admin Assistant role will consist of providing full support to a team, Fee Earners and Assistants by conducting administrative tasks in a professional and efficient manner, with duties including:

* Opening new files

* Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and lenders

* Checking Client ID's

* Obtaining redemption figures

* Chasing and monitoring release of funds

* Accurately recording information onto the case management system

The Successful candidate must have excellent telephone manner and communication skills and be able to work within a team.

Legal experience within a Residential Property department would be advantageous.

The salary on offer for this Conveyancing Assistant role is up to £17,000 dependent on previous Experience.
