Our client a long established, Greater Manchester based law firm with offices in the City and surrounding areas seek to appoint a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property team.

The role will be working within their very busy Conveyancing Department, assisting on a caseload of Sale and purchase matters, including Leasehold, Buy to Let, New Builds and Shared Ownership.

The ideal candidate will have full understanding of the Conveyancing process and experience of assisting on a busy caseload from inception to completion of residential property transactions is essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your Conveyancing experience, Salary is dependant on experience but competitive rates are on offer for the right candidate.
