A small high street firm is currently looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their Residential Property Department in Handsworth.

The Role:

This role will be a fee earning role, the successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will be required to work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running, there is an existing caseload.

Requirements:

The Ideal Conveyancing Fee Earner must have worked within a Conveyancing role ideally with 1 - 3 years' experience as well as be able to handle a large case load with minimal supervision.

Benefits:

* Salary £20,000 - £25,000

* 20 days holiday + Statutory
