Salary based on experience

My client, a forward thinking and progressive law firm who are very well respected in the West Yorkshire area. They are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join the team specifically for Conveyancing.

The role

To provide Legal Secretary support to the office and assist with all conveyancing matters.

The role will also include but not limited to;

  • Audio typing
  • Diary Management
  • Processing court bundles
  • Managing the phones as first point of contact
  • Arranging meetings
  • Archiving files
  • Document production & administration

The role has a varied range of responsibilities and previous experience (minimum 12 months) in a similar role with is highly desirable.
