A fantastic firm based in Birmingham, are now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide first class support for their Conveyancing department.

Role:

The ideal Conveyancing Legal Secretary will support Fee Earners on their caseload assisting with a variety of matters including Land Registry searches, SDLT, client care letters, opening/closing files and liaising with clients.

Requirements:

The successful Conveyancing Legal Secretary will hold a wealth of experience within Conveyancing and be a confident and competent audio typist. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a keen attention to detail are essential.
