My client, a recognised Fylde based Law Firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Property team.

The role will involve assisting a Fee Earner on an existing case load of conveyancing matters from start to finish. The case load will be made up of Sales and Purchase, Right to Buy, Transfer of Equity, Re-Mortgages, Lease Hold and Free Hold.

You will have 3 years experience within conveyancing, be fully conversant with the conveyancing process and post completion work including, Land registry and SDLT work.

The salary on offer for this role will be dependent on experience.
