Our client, a reputable law firm with offices throughout East Lancashire are seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Property team.

The role will involve working on a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters from Instruction to Completion. The caseload will consist of; Sales & Purchase, Residential Leases and New Builds to name a few.

The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will possess at least 12 months experience within Residential Conveyancing and be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and client care skills and be comfortable working under minimal supervision
