A well-established high street firm is looking to recruit a conveyancing paralegal to add to their growing team
The Role:
The successful candidate will work under a partner and alongside other paralegals. Duties will include but are not limited to.
* Liaising with clients,
* Run your own files
* Liaising with third parties including lenders, solicitors and agents,
* Completing file opening and closing procedures,
* Ordering of property searches, Sort out titles and Land registry work
* Processing client ID checks,
* Processing client correspondence including emails and letters,
* Completing post-completion tasks.
Requirements:
Ideally you have a minimum of 12 months experience in a law firm within Conveyancing. The role will cover both residential and commercial. Experience in both sectors is desirable, but training can be provided.
Benefits:
* £20,000 - £25,000
* 23 days holiday, bank holidays and additional days closed between Christmas and New year.
