Are you actively seeking a new Conveyancing Legal Secretary opportunity?

A well-established firm is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Residential Conveyancing Team in Solihull for a 10 month maternity cover contract.

The Role:

  • Handling secretarial duties such as Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team
  • Audio Typing using a digital dictation system.
  • Diary Management.
  • Answering the telephone for the family team.
  • File opening/closing.
  • Filing and general administrative duties.
  • Reception cover.
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested.

Requirements:

The successful Conveyancing Secretary will possess proven secretarial and administrative skills with the ability to liaise with clients both in person and by telephone, have a strong background in residential conveyancing, knowledge of online Land Registry Knowledge of Stamp Duty procedures and experience of conveyancing search portals.

Benefits:

  • Salary £20,000, will consider more for experienced Conveyancing Secretary.
  • Match Pension
  • 31 days holiday Including Statutory
