I am pleased to be representing a law firm based around Lancashire who are keen to expand their successful law firm with a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader for their Blackburn office.

The role will involve managing a small team working of a caseload of sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgages from start to completion with use of a case management system.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 to 5 years' experience of handing their own domestic residential caseload and have dealt with files from start through to completions and also experience of managing junior members of staff or managing a team.

This Residential Conveyancing Team Leader role offers a competitive salary and is dependent upon prior Conveyancing experience.
