 My client is a Legal 500 registered Law and they are one of the largest in the North East; they are a multi-disciplined firm with both regional and national reach. My Client has a rare opening in their Corporate team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor. The Role; You will be expected to carry a substantial and varied caseload; key aspects of this role will include but not limited to; • Mergers and Acquisitions • Corporate Restructuring • Corporate Finance • Private Equity • Due Diligence • Corporate Governance & Compliance • Joint Venture The Candidate; Ideally as a Corporate Solicitor you will be a minimum of 2 years PQE and will have experienced of working on a caseload, you will have a proven track record and will demonstrate the ability to work under time pressure and working to clients requests. You will have excellent attention to detail as well a excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
