A reputable are looking for a highly experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their firm on a permanent basis in North Birmingham.

The Role:

The successful Corporate Solicitor will deal with buying and selling companies, businesses disposal and purchase, legal advice to Partnerships, all aspects of company and business law, joint ventures, investment agreements, shareholders agreements, review of commercial contracts, terms and conditions and website terms, review of banking documents and franchise agreements.

The ideal Corporate Solicitor will have a minimum 10 years PQE with a strong corporate mindset.
