As our Legal Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilize your expertise to manage intricate costs cases with minimal supervision.
- Ensure precision and efficiency in cost assessments.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to shape the firm’s long-term vision and strategic goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a team of Costs Lawyers and support staff.
- Foster professional growth and excellence within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Cultivate connections with potential clients to expand the firm’s reach.
- Utilize your technical proficiency to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.
- Showcase your business acumen by maximizing billing opportunities.
You will be able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK, except for two annual meetings. You will have at least 7 years of Claimant costs experience, including some supervisory experience. You will also have excellent communication and presentation skills.
The salary range for this role is £75,000 to £85,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
