Are you actively seeking a new Court of Protection Paralegal opportunity?

The Firm:

A law firm in the Nottinghamshire area, on the outskirts of Nottingham are currently looking for a Court of Protection Paralegal to provide support to their well-established team. The firm specialise in Clinical Negligence work, which leads to a lot of Court of Protection work coming in due to the nature of Clinical Negligence cases.

The Role:

This position will involve a range of duties such as completing court documents, assisting with sourcing and maintaining insurance policies, preparing papers for submission to the SCCO for costing and collating tax documentation for client self-assessment.


This role would suit a candidate with a previous background within a legal secretarial position, as well as those experienced with all-round support Paralegal roles, as some of the responsibilities will include transcription of dictation, arranging appointments, scanning & archiving documents, filing and preparing letters, emails and attendance notes.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to complete that transition from a legal secretarial position to a paralegal. Salary will be negotiable based on experience.
