The Firm:

A mid-sized top 100 firm is looking for a Court of Protection Solicitor / Paralegal based in the Dorset with the option of home working and very flexible approach.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful Court of Protection Solicitor / Paralegal will be able to deal with a varied caseload of financial management involving Professional Deputyship and Lasting Powers of Attorneys, it will involve regular home visits and will be client focused.

There will be admin and senior support where needed, you will be required to increase the presence of the organisation across the south west building on the brands already successful name across the country.

Key Skills & Experience:

The firm is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Court of Protection Solicitor / Paralegal who is able to manage their own caseload efficiently, have experience of drafting LPA's, Deputyship matters, have an existing network of contacts or be able to build rapport with local authorities and council workers.

The firm will consider applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives & Paralegals. You must have an empathetic nature and be able to sympathise with clients as well as be very organised.
