Are you a Paralegal or Newly Qualified Solicitor with a passion for criminal defence and Crown Court work? Our client, a well-respected law firm with extensive experience in criminal litigation, is seeking a Crown Court Caseworker to support their Crown Court Litigator.

About the Role:

• Assist the Crown Court Litigator in case preparation, managing complex files from police station through trial.
• Draft legal documents, including statements, disclosure requests, and correspondence.
• Liaise with counsel, clients, witnesses, and courts.
• Conduct research and assist in developing legal strategy.
• Gain exposure to serious and complex criminal cases and develop advocacy skills.

About You:

• Paralegal experience in criminal law or a newly qualified solicitor.
• Strong communication, organisation, and research skills.
• Motivated to develop your career in Crown Court litigation.
• Confident using Word, Excel, and other legal software.
