Delegated Claims Technician

Our client’s independent, SRA-authorized legal business offers services to insured and non-insured clients across various industries. As a Fortune 500 company with over 60 offices in 20+ countries, they are dedicated to a people-first approach while expanding their business globally. With offices in Manchester, Leeds, London, and Croydon, they employ over 60 specialist solicitors. They are currently looking for a Delegated Claims Technician to join their Business Support Department in Manchester.

Experience:

• Self-motivated learner and a proactive thinker with high attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong written and spoken communication skills in the English language
• Have good IT (Microsoft Office) skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to use or learn our in-house systems
• Comfortable negotiating and extracting data from systems.
• Ideally have experience within claims or within delegated underwriting.
• Working knowledge of the insurance industry would be an advantage
• Ability to adapt to different workloads as is required.
