Criminal Lawyer – Dudley Office
Location: Dudley
Hours: Full-time, including out-of-hours and weekend work for Duty Solicitor rota and police station representation. Part time will be considred. 

My client is looking for a skilled Criminal Defence Solicitor to join their Dudley office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified solicitor with Duty Solicitor accreditation, experience in police station representation, court advocacy, and criminal litigation.

Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of criminal defence cases
• Represent clients at police stations and magistrates’ courts
• Conduct court advocacy for bail applications, case management hearings, and trials
• Participate in the Duty Solicitor rota, including out-of-hours and weekend duties
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients

Candidate Requirements:

• Fully qualified solicitor with Duty Solicitor accreditation
• Experience in criminal defence, police station representation, and court advocacy
• Confident in litigation and presenting cases in court
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Committed to delivering excellent client care
