Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a highly regarded law firm with an outstanding reputation in Employment Law, is seeking a talented solicitor to join their thriving team.
The Role You will manage a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a broad range of clients including employers, employees, and senior executives. Work will include:
- Handling complex tribunal matters from start to finish
- Drafting contracts, policies, and handbooks
- Advising on discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and disciplinary/grievance issues
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence
- Providing high-quality client service and building strong, lasting relationships
The Candidate The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Employment Law
- Strong technical knowledge and an up-to-date understanding of employment legislation
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
- A commercial and client-focused approach
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
