My client, a commercial law firm, prides itself on proving a top-tier legal services to it’s clients, and they have a great opportunity for an Employment Associate with no more than 3 years PQE to join their Employment team comprising of experienced professionals, based in Leeds.

As an Employment Associate with the firm, you will be an integral part of the Employment team, working on a wide range of employment law matters including:
Assisting in advising clients on employment-related issues, including contracts, disputes, and compliance.
Conducting legal research, prepare legal documents, and assist with case management.
Collaborating with senior team members to develop effective legal strategies and solutions for clients.
Attending client meetings and court hearings when necessary, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
The successful candidate will have:
Between 1-3 years of experience in employment law, preferably with a reputable law firm or boutique employment firm.
A strong academic record.
Excellent people skills.
A demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Ambition and a proactive attitude with the ability to handle a high-pressure work environment.
Experience in industrial relations is a plus but not required.
