The Firm

This long established and traditional law firm based in the South Lakes are seeking to appoint a Residential & Commercial Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive or FILEX.

The Role

Will involve handling your own caseload of Residential & Commercial Property matters from inception through to completion. The caseload will be more heavily split towards Residential Conveyancing matters with a small number of Commercial Property matters.

The Ideal Applicant

Will be a Solicitor/ Legal Executive/ FILEX who is able to demonstrate experience within Residential Property and ideally Commercial Property. The ability to handle a mixed caseload would be beneficial.
