An award winning firm in South Manchester are looking for a Family Legal secretary to join the team on a permanent basis.

Role

To provide secretarial support to Family Law Solicitors and Fee Earners as well as assisting Partners where required. You will be dealing with administration tasks as well as Ad Hoc jobs when the need arises.

Requirements:

* Supporting Solicitors within the Family team

* 2 years' experience in Legal Secretary work.

* Diary management

* Arranging appointments

* Opening and closing files

* Being the first point of contact for clients

* Document production

Salary: Negotiable on experience
