My Client is looking for a Family Paralegal to provide essential support to their family law department. The ideal candidate will assist their team in managing cases related to divorce, child custody, spousal support, and other family law matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about family law and is looking to grow their career in a dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Solicitors in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, and financial disclosures.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Maintain and organize case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Liaise with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and court appearances.
  • Stay informed about changes in family law and legal procedures.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a paralegal, with a focus on family law preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
