Finance Manager

Finance Manager – FIN24 Reporting directly to the firm’s Partners, the role includes: ? Analysing and providing financial reports to the Partners on a range of financial KPIs; ? Implementing the firm’s WIP management process; ? Managing time recording across the firm and liaising with fee earners; ? Managing the firm’s billing processes; ? Implementing and enforcing the firm’s credit control process; ? Assisting with client onboarding processes; and ? Other finance related operational tasks and duties as required. Specific Role Requirements: ? Full time preferable although part-time applications would be considered for exceptional and/or experienced candidates; ? Accounting qualification(s) preferable although not essential; ? Familiarity with practice management and accounting systems, time recording and legal billing software; ? In-depth knowledge of widely accepted technology used in an office environment, for example, Microsoft 365, with a particular focus on Excel skills; ? Proven experience in a similar finance role; ? Excellent written and oral communication skills; ? Experience in working collaboratively with colleagues; ? Ability to think and plan strategically; ?
