Clayton Legal are currently recruiting for a Head of Family for a law firm with over 200 years of history based in Oxfordshire. They are currently looking for an established solicitor to head up and run the family team providing technical expertise and professional support to the team members and delivering legal services to high net worth clients.

- Strong background in family law
- Business development
- Advising on family matters including:
o Divorce and separation
o Children disputes
o Financial remedy claims
o Pre- and post-nuptial settlements
o Domestic violence
o Cohabitation matters
o ToLATA claims
o Domestic violence
o Surrogacy & adoption
- Management
