? Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims from letter of claim to completion.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, assessments, and legal research.
  • Negotiate settlements and liaise with opposing parties.
  • Provide exceptional client care and communication throughout the legal process.

? Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner/Litigator.
  • Strong understanding of housing disrepair law and relevant legislation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing caseloads and achieving favourable outcomes for clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
