I am working with a highly regarded legal 500 firm located in Leicester who are seeking an HR Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join their team, supervising the day to day management and operations of the human resource department.

The successful HR manager will be able to deal with a wide range of responsibilities, which include reviewing and writing HR policies and procedures as well as employee contracts; including leading employee inductions, assessments and appraisals. They will also be dealing with policies, procedures and law including; absence, holiday management, disciplinary, capability and grievance procedures.

The ideal HR manager will have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in HR, ideally within a Legal practice, however other industries will be considered. You will boast excellent communication skills and able to work to tight deadlines.
