A specialist firm in Birmingham is looking for multiple Immigration Caseworkers to join their Immigration department covering private law.

The Role:

The successful Immigration Solicitor or Paralegal will be required to assist clients with the full range of applications and appeals under the immigration rules.

Requirements:

The successful Immigration Solicitor / Paralegal needs at least 2 years experience and will be motivated and organised.

You must have experience with appeals as well as EEA, Visa's and experience of the points based system is advantageous (Tier 1 & 2). European law, Deportation, Detention, Judicial Review, Discretionary leave applications as well as be an effective communicator both orally and written able to deal with clients in a professional and timely manner.

Benefits:

Salary will be negotiable on experience, but the firm is willing to pay good money for the right individual. As well as invest in further development in their staff
