I am working with a firm in Bolton who are looking to expand and recruit for an Immigration Solicitor.
The successful Immigration Solicitor will be an Immigration and Asylum (IAAS Accredited) Immigration Solicitor/Level 2 Caseworker with extensive expertise of managing a caseload with a full range of immigration and asylum files with a large emphasis on Legal Aid funded work.
The successful Immigration Solicitor should have experience of working under a Legal Aid Contract and adhere to SQM standards. You will be managing a full caseload and able to work autonomously.
