Our client is seeking a Legal billing Administrator to assist with a 4-6 month project. The position will be based on a FTC basis and will start asap.

The successful Legal Billing Administrator will:

Undertake a file review to identify any breaches of the CFA.

Obtain approval from Management to produce a Bill of Costs.

Once approval obtained, prepare Bill of Costs using 'Cost Master' software.

Deal with any subsequent bill queries/amendments.

Liaise with external cost drafting companies in relation to preparation of bills.

Assist the other members of the credit control team as instructed.

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties for the Legal Billing Administrator and you will be expected to perform tasks as necessitated within the organisation and the overall objectives of the organisation
