Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

I am delighted to bring to your attention a new opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary with a well-established Law Firm based in Doncaster.
This highly reputable firm is a family run firm and are flexible and considerate to each individual, offering full and part time hours to suit.
This firm offers great potential for people wanting to progress and take their career to the next level. They are based in the town centre close to transport links and offers a salary from £17-20k dependant on experience.
Essential requirements for this role would be GCSE Math’s and English, the ability to work with a friendly team, exemplary verbal communication skills, good customer service skills, and confidence in dealing with queries for clients in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally you will have previous legal administration experience and a good knowledge of the Conveyancing life cycle.
The role will involve general administration, Audio typing, dictation, preparation, and amendment of legal documentation – leases, licences etc working closely with the fee-earner to understand and process files. Good Microsoft office experience is essential and the ability to problem solve and use one’s own initiative is desirable.
