The Role:

This role is for an Assistant Litigation Executive within a Personal Injury team, which will involve conducting litigation in RTA Personal Injury cases, handling a carried caseload of mixed liability. You will also draft court documents with support and undertake simple court hearings.


To be considered, you will have experience in Personal Injury, ideally RTA. You will also be driven towards developing further within this area of law, achieving and ideally exceeding your targets.
