Role Overview:The firm is looking for a skilled Litigation Solicitor with expertise in landlord-tenant disputes, debt recovery, and general litigation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of complex cases, providing strategic legal advice, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Landlord-Tenant Disputes: Handle cases involving possession claims, rent arrears, tenancy breaches, and related matters.
• Debt Recovery: Oversee the entire debt recovery process, including initiating legal proceedings and negotiating settlements.
• General Litigation: Manage various litigation cases, including contract and property disputes.
• Client Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with clients, offering clear and strategic legal guidance.
• Case Management: Efficiently manage a busy caseload, ensuring all deadlines are met and compliance is maintained.
• Legal Research & Compliance: Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and ensure all actions comply with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Preferably 1+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation, with a focus on landlord-tenant disputes and debt recovery
