Clayton Legal are working with a fantastic client based in Bradford that are looking to extend their litigation department by adding an experienced RTA Fee Earner to their team.

The ideal candidate will have Personal Injury experience covering RTA and/or Housing Disrepair matters. The ability to manage your own caseload from inception to completion with a minimum of 2 years experience is essential, as is the capability to work with Proclaim, the MOJ portal at all stages including exit files, whilst managing a busy and varied caseload.

You must work to a high standard of accuracy, be able to manage your time effectively and achieve monthly targets.

This is a full time 12 month contract that includes managerial duties; overseeing the RTA department with the option to move into a permanent fee earner capacity upon completion of the initial contract.
