The Role: You’ll work closely with fee earners and partners across a broad range of contentious matters, including civil, commercial, and property disputes. Duties will include:

• Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
• Managing case files and liaising with clients, counsel, and courts
• Supporting solicitors through all stages of litigation, from instruction to settlement or trial

About You:

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal (ideally 12+ months)
• Strong understanding of the civil litigation process and court procedures
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator who can manage a busy caseload effectively
• Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
