My client is seeking a New Enquiries Personal Injury Paralegal to be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their case.

Role Overview: As a new enquiries Personal Injury Paralegal, you’ll be at the forefront of our client intake process, conducting initial consultations, gathering essential case details, and ensuring a smooth transition into the legal system. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact clients’ lives and contribute to their journey toward justice.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations with potential clients regarding personal injury claims.
  • Gather and organize crucial case information such as medical records and accident reports.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to assess case viability and determine next steps.
  • Provide empathetic support and guidance to clients throughout the intake process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case details.


  • Previous experience in personal injury law or legal settings is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Empathetic demeanor and ability to handle sensitive situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
